• When presenting for your appointment we ask that you arrive at you allocated time

• FACE MASKS: Although not mandatory, clients arriving with face masks is appreciated (massage is a close contact profession). If you dont not have access to a face mask, and you would prefer to wear one we can provide one.

• Regardless, therapists will continue to wear face masks

• You will kindly be asked to sanitise your hands.

• Your therapist will accompany you to his/her treatment area and wont keep you waiting.

• Payments will be taken in the treatment room

• Receipts will be issued electronically.
